70-ton shunting wagon

The 70-ton shunting wagon is a machine to move railway equipment in the workshop from and to 15 different maintenance lines. Trains up to 70 tons are driven of the railway network onto the shunting wagon. It then moves over lateral tracks, which are perpendicular to the railway network. The shunting wagon stops at the right maintenance line to unload the train.

The machine has a length of 26 meters and a width of 6 meters. The shunting wagon has a cabin from where the operator can operate the machine.
